Sebastian K. Wenthe, a Trial Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers, is distinguished by his educational and professional background, leveraging his experience as a litigator and former criminal prosecutor to best help injured people navigate the legal system while holding those at fault accountable. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fresno, where he graduated magna cum laude. Sebastian then attended George Washington University Law School on a full-ride scholarship, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree while working on Capitol Hill. There, he honed his negotiation and trial skills, which he now brings to Jacoby & Meyers.
Sebastian was born and raised in Fresno, California, and enjoys staying involved in the local community by helping to mold the next generation of trial attorneys. In high school and undergraduate, he participated in Mock Trial, which initially sparked his interest in law. He also served as his law school’s Mock Trial Board President, before graduating and returning to coach his alma mater’s Mock Trial team.
In his free time, Sebastian enjoys playing the piano, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
